Delivery Timelines
- Domestic Orders (Within India):
All orders are processed and dispatched within 2 to 3 business days. Delivery is typically completed within 5 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the delivery location. - International Orders:
International orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days. Delivery timelines range from 10 to 15 business days, depending on the destination country, customs clearance, and local courier services.
Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances or remote area locations.
Shipping Charges
- Prepaid Domestic Orders: Free standard shipping.
- Cash on Delivery (COD – India Only): Available with an additional charge of ₹100, if applicable.
- International Orders: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Additional customs duties or taxes (if applicable) are to be borne by the recipient.
Customs and Import Duties (International Orders)
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These are not included in the order amount and must be paid by the customer upon delivery. Please check your local import regulations before ordering.
Order Tracking
A tracking number will be shared via email or SMS once the order is dispatched. You can use this to track the status and estimated delivery of your shipment.
Undelivered Packages
If a package is undeliverable due to incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or logistical issues, our courier will attempt redelivery. If unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us. For further assistance, please contact our support team.
